　　新京报快讯（记者王巍） 记者7月14日了解到，知识产权法院对被称为互联网金融商标第一案的360起诉“360贷贷网”官司做出了诉中保全裁定，对涉案域名予以冻结，以免该域名的使用影响法院对案件的审理和裁判。

　　今年2月，奇虎科技有限公司以“360贷贷网”侵害360相关注册商标专用权为由，向北京知识产权法院提起注册商标侵权诉讼，请求判令被告北京联合中投金融信息服务有限公司以及云南贷贷互联网金融有限公司停止侵犯涉案注册商标专用权的行为，停止使用并注销“www.360daidai.com”域名，赔偿原告经济损失及诉讼合理开支共计3000万元人民币。随后此案已由北京知识产权法院立案。

　　据称，此案是迄今为止互联网金融领域商标侵权索赔金额的最高记录，也是互联网金融领域首起驰名商标司法认定案，堪称互联网金融商标第一案。

　　法院审理后认为，鉴于目前涉案域名转让、注销和变更会对法院对该案的审理和裁判产生影响，甚至影响判决的执行，因此奇虎公司的申请符合法律规定的判决可能会难以执行的情况，鉴于奇虎公司已经提交10万元现金担保，法院依法裁定冻结被告注册的域名www.360daidai.com。
