王毅会见越南副总理兼外长范平明
新华社昆明6月14日电（记者李怀岩）中国外交部长王毅13日在云南玉溪会见出席中国－东盟国家外长特别会议的越南外长范平明。

　　王毅表示，习近平总书记同阮富仲总书记去年实现互访，就巩固睦邻友好、深化务实合作达成重要共识，实现了新时期中越关系良好开局。两国应共同落实好领导人共识，推动中越关系保持健康发展势头。中方愿与越方一道，按照海上、陆上、金融合作三线并举思路，加紧对接发展战略，共建“一带一路”和“两廊一圈”，推动产能合作早期收获。加强教育、青年等方面合作，夯实双边关系民意基础。落实两国领导人共识，共同维护海上和平稳定。

　　范平明表示，越方愿与中方保持高层交往，推进“两廊一圈”发展规划和“一带一路”倡议对接，根据两国领导人共识，妥善处理海上分歧。
