TCL group privatization holding company TCL communication-TCL-IT information

IT information news on June 6, TCL Group yesterday said in a statement, the group through wholly-owned subsidiary T.C.L industrial holdings (Hong Kong) limited privatization of its subsidiary of TCL communication technology Holdings Limited, after the deal, TCL communication will become a wholly-owned subsidiary industrial holdings and delisting from the stock exchange of Hong Kong. Notice shows that as of June 5, T.C.L industrial holdings 829,356,000 TCL communications shares 65.23% per cent of total issued share capital of TCL communication.

Earlier today, TCL communication's announcement, announced on June 6, 2016 at 9 o'clock in the morning to suspend.

IT资讯讯 6月6日消息，TCL集团昨日发布公告称，集团拟通过全资子公司T.C.L实业控股（香港）有限公司私有化其控股子公司TCL通讯科技控股有限公司，交易完成后，TCL通讯将成为实业控股全资子公司，并从香港联合交易所退市。公告显示，截至6月5日，T.C.L实业控股持有TCL通讯829,356,000股股份，占TCL通讯已发行股本总额的65.23%。

今日早间，TCL 通讯发布公告，宣布自2016年6月6日上午9时起停牌。
