　　中青在线北京5月16日电（实习生 申思婕 中国青年报·中青在线记者 卢义杰） 内蒙古男子被指“跨5000里伤人”事件又有进展。5月16日下午，广东四会警方与张嘉伟及其父亲在北京见面会谈，正式向张嘉伟及其家人“诚恳地道歉”。张嘉伟的家属再次要求追责，并称在警方对造成误抓的证据作出解释之前，不会接受道歉。

　　张嘉伟今年4月25日被四会市公安局以涉嫌故意伤害罪刑事拘留。此前媒体报道，警方认定其今年1月在广东四会驾车打人致伤，依据为现场出现的车牌号是张嘉伟的，并有多名证人指认张嘉伟。然而，张嘉伟家属向警方提供了多份张嘉伟案发时不在广东的证据，同时表示车牌号被套牌了。

　　5月9日，四会检察院对张嘉伟作出不批捕决定。5月13日，四会警方确定行凶者另有其人，决定终止对张嘉伟的侦查。当晚，广东省公安厅微信发文通报此事时确认该车被套牌。

　　“警方必须就三个问题给出说法：第一是为什么会有那7名证人，他们为什么会指认张嘉伟；第二是套牌车的相关信息，套牌车车主是否抓到、为什么会套了张嘉伟的牌；第三是整个办案过程中导致办错案的人为因素，要追究责任。”张嘉伟的父亲在会谈时表示，只有警方对这三个问题作出解释，他们才会接受道歉。至于国家赔偿问题，他称可以等这三件事说清楚之后再谈。

　　四会市公安局一名副局长及两名刑警队工作人员参加了会谈，称“警方确实办了错案”。不过，对于7个证人为何会指向张嘉伟，警方没有详细说明。一名副局长表示，四会市公安局会成立专项调查组，尽快给张嘉伟及其家人一个说法，并追究相关办案民警的责任。如果张嘉伟及其家属不信任四会市公安局的调查，可以通过司法途径解决上述问题。他称，四会警方也在尽力抓捕“真凶”。

　　张嘉伟的家属表示，如果四会警方不能给出合理的解释，他们会通过司法途径追究事情真相。

　　关于套牌车一事，张嘉伟已向北京市公安交通管理局朝阳交通支队报案，5月16日获正式立案。
