IT资讯讯 5月12日消息，据不少网友反馈，今晚网易云音乐出现无法加载音乐列表以及播放歌曲失败的问题，疑似其服务器遇故障。

不少网友在网易云音乐官微下面留言，反映其服务器出现故障。但经IT资讯编辑实测，并未出现网友反馈的问题，因此猜测此故障应该只影响到了部分用户，目前官方还未做出回应。
