IT资讯讯 北京时间5月13日，国内在线教育平台级企业51Talk今日向SEC（美国证券交易委员会）递交了F-1上市申请文件，文件显示，51Talk IPO将募集资金约1亿美元。承销商为MORGAN STANLEY和CREDIT SUISSE。

51Talk于2011年11月正式上线，采用在线外教1对1的模式，同年12月获得徐小平的真格基金天使投资，2012年获得DCM的A轮投资，2013年完成B轮融资，其中小米CEO 雷军旗下的顺为资本是其领投方，2014年10月，获得红杉领投，顺为、DCM跟投的C轮融资。
