山西吕梁正在鼓励机关人员在公务出行中优先乘坐飞机。
近日,网上流传一份《吕梁市财政局关于公务出行优先乘坐飞机有关事宜的通知》。
通知称,为充分利用航空资源,积极推动吕梁航空事业发展,就全市机关事业单位人员公务出行优先乘坐飞机有关事宜作出通知。抄送单位包括市委各部委、市人大常委会办公厅、市政协办公厅、市中级人民法院、市检察院、各人民团体以及各新闻单位。
4月25日上午,吕梁市财政局有关人员确认了上述通知的真实性,并透露该通知内容由市财政局起草,发布是以吕梁市政府的名义。另有当地机关人员对澎湃新闻记者表示,所在单位已开始按通知内容执行。
《吕梁市财政局关于公务出行优先乘坐飞机有关事宜的通知》显示,市直及各县(市、区)机关事业单位工作人员在公务出行活动中,若目的地是吕梁机场开通的直航城市,可优先选择乘坐飞机出行,但仅限乘坐经济舱。其他城市的出行仍按有关规定执行。
通知还明确,国有企业可参照执行。机票及相关费用,按照《差旅费管理办法》的规定,在本单位报销。
