根据本周三发布的数据,2015年,鸿海的运营利润增长了15%,相当于51亿美元,销售收入只增长了6%。另外去年第四季度的利润,同比大跌了14%,销售收入也下跌了5%。

据悉,由于全球智能手机增速放缓,从去年12月以来,鸿海获得的苹果手机代工订单也在下滑。

苹果公司计划在未来的新手机中使用OLED屏幕,目前三星电子、LG电子已经和三星接洽,计划成为屏幕供应商,夏普内部也已经开始研发OLED屏幕,在鸿海收购交易完成之后,鸿海和夏普在内,将能够和韩国企业争夺苹果手机OLED屏幕订单。

未来鸿海也会面向夏普的OLED研发,注入更多资源。

此前,夏普管理层表示,公司拥有OLED相关的技术,但是由于过去几年夏普经营业绩糟糕,这导致夏普没有资金研发、积累有关OLED屏幕大规模量产的成熟技术。

本周三,夏普掌门人高桥兴三给员工发出了邮件,他表示鸿海收购夏普之后,这将会产生两家国际性消费电子巨头之间的联盟,给整个行业带来重要影响。

媒体指出,夏普未来的前途,在于其是否能够利用鸿海的资金输血,对显示业务进行有效的重组,提升其竞争力。

鸿海收购夏普,也是日本历史上第一次发生大型电子公司被海外并购事件。这也表明,在电子行业陷入困境的大背景下,日本政府和电子行业已经放弃了长期以来“闭关锁国”的经营策略。
