　　上海市追逃办高度重视张丽萍案件，加大统筹协调力度。上海市公安机关充分发挥职能作用，通过细密侦查确定张藏匿在秘鲁，并派出工作组赴秘鲁开展工作。最终，在政策、法律威慑和亲情感召下，张丽萍选择了回国自首。
