　　昨日上午9时50分许，全市安全生产会议召开还不到一个小时，当时市委书记徐建华正在就落实安全生产监管发表讲话。坐在徐建华左边的市长袁宝成拿起桌面上的笔，在一张白纸上写了几个字，随后轻轻递给旁边的徐建华。

　　“市长发现有人在睡觉，看来是天下无忧了。”拿着手中的白纸，徐建华皱了皱眉头。稍作停顿后，徐建华并未点名指出在会议现场睡大觉的官员，而是让坐在旁边的参会人员把睡着的官员叫醒，随后让会议继续进行。
